 Breakfast Bundt Cake


Large Eggs12
Milk2.5 cups
Heavy Cream1/2 cup
Diced Ham1 cup
Bread (diced cubes)8 cups
Minced Garlic1/4 teaspoon
Frozen Shredded Hash Browns2 cups
Chopped Green Onions1/4 cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese2 cups (or a blend of your favorite cheeses)


Step 1: Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 400°F and thoroughly grease a bundt cake pan.

Step 2: Sauté Hash Browns In a pan, heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and fry the hash browns until golden brown. Set aside to cool.

Step 3: Build the Bundt Layer half of the diced bread in the greased pan. Add diced ham, chopped green onions, cooled hash browns, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Top with the remaining bread cubes.

Step 4: Whisk the Mixture In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together 12 large eggs, 2.5 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Step 5: Pour and Top Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the pan. Cover with foil and let it sit for a few minutes. Top with the remaining shredded cheese (you can add more ham on top if you like).

Step 6: Bake to Perfection Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown, and the cake is set in the center.

Step 7: Cool and Serve Allow the cake to cool for a bit before carefully inverting it onto a serving platter. Slice and serve your delicious Savory Breakfast Bundt Cake. Enjoy!
