Air fryer blueberry scones that are soft and moist, full of blueberries.
EQUIPMENT
- Air Fryer
- Round cutter
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup butter slightly softened
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 4 tablespoon milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, combine the butter, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir until it become crumbly.
- Add in the egg, and the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough forms.
- Stir in the blueberries.
- Roll the dough, until it is about ½ inch thick. Cut with 2 inch cutter.
- Place in air fryer basket on parchment paper, or lightly brushed with olive oil.
- Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes, until they are golden.
