Seafood Mac And Cheese
Ingredients
1 lb Pasta Noodles
1 16 oz block of Velveeta Cheese or your favorite kind of cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 bag jumbo shrimp
1 can of real lump Crab meat
1 bag of crawfish tails (thawed & rinsed)
3 cups of heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp butter
2 lbs of shredded colby jack cheese or any cheese you like
Seasonings:
3 tsp Kinders Seafood Blend
3 tsp Slap Ya Momma or any Cajun seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp Accent
2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
In a pan Add 3 cups of heavy whipping cream, 1 can Cream of Chicken, and 1 16oz block of Velveeta cheese. Be sure to cut the your Velveeta into blocks. Stir with a spatula over low heat. Next, add 3 tsp of Kinders seafood blend seasoning, 3 tsp Slap Ya Momma, 2 tsp garlic powder, 3 tsp Accent, and 2 tsp black pepper. Stir very well while cheese sauce is melting. In another pot cook your 1 lb of pasta noodles. Once your noodles are done drain them and pour into a baking pan. In a saucepan, melt 3 tbsp of butter and add your crawfish tails. Season them with Kinders Seafood blend. Be sure not to over cook your crawfish tails. Sauté them for 2-3 minutes and set them aside. Add some more butter to your pan and warm up your lump crab meat. Be sure to season it. Lastly, season and sauté your shrimp. I cooked mine in the air fryer.
Add half of your cheese sauce to the pan with your noodles. Stir it well and add some shredded cheese. Next, layer your meat on top. I added my crawfish tails, crab meat, and then the shrimp last. Now pour the rest of your cheese sauce on top and sprinkle your shredded cheese over the top. Add a few more crawfish tails and sprinkle some parsley on top. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
ENJOY!
