Easy Layered Taco Bake



  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup salsa con queso
  • Water as called for in taco seasoning packet



Turn oven on to 375°F.

In a big pan over medium heat, brown ground beef. Get rid of any extra fat.

Follow the directions on the spice packet to add the water and taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Put one tortilla in the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish. Spread about a third of the beef mixture on the paper. On top of the beef mixture, put a third of the cheese.

Repeat with the rest of the tortillas, beef mixture, and cheese, finishing with the cheese.

Spread salsa con cheese on top of the cheese.

Bake in an oven that has been warm for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Wait a few minutes before cutting into pieces and serving. Enjoy!
